Recent lab work, including a thyroid panel, CMP, and HgbA1C is required before starting the program. If you don't have recent lab results (within the last 3-4 months), we can conveniently draw these labs right at our spa.

We’ll also go over any recent lab work, or if needed, we can arrange to draw the necessary labs onsite. From there, we’ll create a customized weight loss plan tailored to your needs, ensuring it’s safe and effective for you. Yes, both Tirzepatide and Semaglutide are FDA-approved for weight loss and have an excellent safety profile, especially when administered under proper medical supervision. At Main Street Med Spa, your medication is ordered specifically for you, and you will receive the entire unopened vial, clearly labeled with all pertinent information, including your name, the pharmacy, lot number, best-use date, drug name, and drug concentration.

We want to stress the importance of safety. You should never accept prefilled or unlabeled syringes. Always make sure you know the concentration of your medication and can see the vial to confirm that your medication is from a U.S.-based compounding pharmacy.
