These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the websites, online store, forms, quizzes, and communications of Main Street Med Spa, LLC ("Main Street Med Spa," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
Not medical advice
The content on our websites, including articles, symptom lists, and quizzes, is for general information only. It is not medical advice, and completing a quiz does not diagnose any condition. A provider-patient relationship begins only after you complete our intake process and are seen by one of our providers. Always talk with a qualified healthcare provider about your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or request treatment.
Services, pricing, and payment
Main Street Med Spa is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. Treatments and programs are recommended based on your individual evaluation, and not every service is right for every person. Prices, packages, and availability may change. The specific terms of any package, membership, or program are provided to you before you purchase it, and packages and prepaid services are subject to our Refund Policy.
Online store purchases
Our online store sells skincare products and is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. In short: unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 7 days of purchase; damaged or defective items will be made right; packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within 1 year of purchase; and gift cards are final sale. If this summary and the Refund Policy ever differ, the Refund Policy controls. Product descriptions and images are for general information and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Orders, pricing, and errors
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information because of a typographical error, we may correct it and cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund your payment.
Text message program
Main Street Med Spa text messages. When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Main Street Med Spa about your inquiry, appointments (including reminders), and your care or program. If you also check the box for marketing messages, you agree to receive promotional messages such as special offers and updates.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails about your inquiry, appointments, and care. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Results vary from person to person. Patient testimonials and messages shown on our websites are real experiences shared by our patients. They are not a guarantee or prediction of your results.
Acceptable use
Please use our Services only for lawful purposes. Don't submit false information, attempt to interfere with our websites, upload harmful code, scrape or collect others' information, or use our Services to send spam or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The content on our websites, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Main Street Med Spa name, belongs to Main Street Med Spa or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our Services may use or link to third-party services, such as payment, scheduling, and map providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our websites and their content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Main Street Med Spa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The medical care you receive as a patient is governed by the consent forms and agreements you sign at the time of treatment.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Main Street Med Spa, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
