Main Street Med Spa – Refund & Return Policy

Skincare Products
We want you to love your products! If you are not completely satisfied with a skincare purchase, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be made in person at Main Street Med Spa. We do not accept online or mailed returns.

Packages & Services
Packages and prepaid services purchased through Shopify or in-store are non-refundable. Once purchased, services must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. Please purchase confidently, as no refunds are offered for services rendered or prepaid.

Gift Cards & Other Items
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued outside of the skincare product policy above.
