Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Free local pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Choose Local Pickup at checkout, and pick up your order for free at Main Street Med Spa, 308 W Main St, Highland, KS 66035. We'll let you know when it's ready, usually within 1–3 business days.

Free shipping on orders of $200+
Orders of $200 or more (after discounts, before taxes) ship free. For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is up to the carrier.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at hello@mainstreetmedspa.com or (785) 377-6281, and we'll help make it right.

Returns
Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.
